Director of Product Safety Assurance

 

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the President/CEO, the Director of Product Safety Assurance will function as a member of the Executive Management Team working collaboratively with the President, Executive Vice President, CFO and Directors in strategic planning, formulating and administering organizational policies and programs to further the goals of the Association.  Key areas of focus will be to support product safety regulations, certification, testing, and standards for the industry; and will identify areas to improve quality of products for our industry.  Will perform research, interpret and summarize laws and regulations along with industry safety and performance standards affecting consumer products under applicable regulatory bodies.

Manager, Professional Development (E-Learning Programs)

 

Job Summary

The Manager, Professional Development (E-Learning Programs) plays a vital role in the on-going training and education of PPAI members.  The person in this position must use innovative and creative ideas to bring learning opportunities to a geographically- and skill-diverse group, provide industry-specific resources and tools, and manage the daily activities of the PPAI Resource Center.  The E-Learning Program Manager also works closely with other departments to provide timely access to information concerning emerging industry “hot-topics” and member benefits.

Executive Administrative Assistant

 

Job Summary:       Provides administrative support to the President/CEO and Manager of Executive Offices. Interfaces with volunteer leadership (Board of Directors, committee members, committee volunteers, advisory council members, Former Board of Directors, and International association representatives.)
