Best Practices

This document was developed in 2006 by a task group representative of supplier and distributor professionals, and as a cross-section of several PPAI committees. A final draft was approved in 2007, and outlines "Best Practices" as related to the supplier-distributor transaction and relationship. This list is a 'living' document, to be updated as appropriate over time to maintain a clear and current definition of those practices which best serve both supplier and distributor in their business relations. It is highly encouraged that industry practitioners assess and adopt these practices as part of their core business principles and processes.
