Tervis
Location: VENICE, FL

Company Status: Due to Hurricane Irma we are experiencing the usual inconveniences that accompany a major storm. Although the Tervis manufacturing facility and offices sustained very minor water damage many of our employees were not so fortunate and are without basic provisions like power, water and sewer utilities as well as fuel and food shortages. The situation caused by 3 days already lost due to closure for emergency preparations combined with employees affected by the storm and unable to return to work will impact our daily production schedule. While we are working hard to get caught up the following timelines will be established: proofing timeline has been extended to 3-5 days, once proof approval is given the following lead times will be in effect; wrap inserts - 10 business days, emblem inserts – 15 business days and stainless steel – 20-25 business days. We are reviewing all event driven orders and will be contacting you if we think they may be jeopardized with our new timelines. Please note that sending multiple email requests will not receive a faster response. We will be answering all emails in the order in which they were received. We appreciate your patience and consideration as we work through this challenging time. Thank you.
