Overture Promotions (PPAI 288541, Platinum) – the No. 21 distributor in the PPAI 100 – has released its 2023 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report.

  • The Waukegan, Illinois-based firm earned 2024 PPAI 100 High Marks in Responsibility.

The report reflects the minority-owned, woman-led company’s ESG efforts and its commitment to maintaining transparency and accountability. As part of this commitment, Overture submitted its annual Communication on Progress with the UN Global Compact.

“Overture remains steadfast in our commitment to measurable, year-over-year improvements,” says Jo Gilley, CEO of Overture Promotions. “As we look ahead, the focus will be on enhanced transparency and deepening impact across all our ESG pillars.”

The report showcases Overture’s dedication to its three core pillars: planet (Be Responsible), people (Be Good) and community (Do Good). Below are the highlights of each pillar.
