IMAGEN (PPAI 427416, Silver) – the No. 84 distributor in the PPAI 100 – has announced the acquisition of Lake Elsinore, California-based distributor IMPACT Promotional Products (163767, Standard-Plus).
- This is the Glendora, California-based firm’s first acquisition in its 15-year history.
- IMAGEN was recently named one of PPAI’s Greatest Companies To Work For.
With both companies rooted in Southern California, the acquisition is an opportunity to consolidate resources, streamline operations and further elevate IMAGEN’s presence in the region, the company says.
