New Hampshire-based distributor PromoCentric (PPAI 332985, Standard-Plus) has announced the acquisition of Screen Gems, a screen printing and embroidery company also based in New Hampshire.
Founded in 2000, PromoCentric hopes this acquisition will expand and strengthen the company’s capabilities in custom embroidery and screen printing, while also preserving the relationships Screen Gems has with its clients.
There are a few things clients can expect as part of the integration, according to PromoCentric:
- Enhanced screen printing and embroidery services to meet all custom apparel and merchandise needs
- The same personalized care offered by Screen Gems, just backed by PromoCentric’s resources
- A seamless transition that ensures all client’s needs are met
