He will lead PCNA’s Customer Success teams, focusing on delivering unparalleled service excellence to customers.
- Brennan brings more than 25 years of leadership experience at Staples, including expertise in customer service, credit and collections, and accounting operations. Most recently, as Staples’ VP of customer service, Brennan oversaw all business-to-business and business-to-consumer customer service functions.
At PCNA, Brennan will oversee customer service, retention, order processing, art and the account management teams within the Customer Success department.
