Distributor 4imprint (PPAI 107200), headquartered in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, has been recognized by Great Place to Work, an analytics and consulting firm focused on workplace culture, and Fortune magazine as one of the 2018 Best Workplaces for Women. This is the fourth consecutive year that 4imprint has received the honor.
Fortune published the complete list of 100 companies that earned the honor based on 540,000 employee surveys, which asked women about their trust in company leaders, the way associates are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions and camaraderie among the team. The list is compiled based on employee feedback, as well as a review of company values and innovation.
“This honor is really about our team treating each other with respect and integrity,” says Kevin Lyons-Tarr, CEO of 4imprint. “Their support for each other has helped create a work culture that is empowering for everyone. It’s thanks to these efforts that we’ve received this recognition.”
To be considered, companies must employ at least 50 women, have at least 20 percent of their non-executive managers be female and have at least one female executive.
“Empowering women in the workplace isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s a business imperative,” says Michael Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. “Organizations can create their own equitable cultures by learning from the companies on this list, who get women’s buy-in of the mission and inspire them to innovate, driving the entire company forward.”
