At the core of every successful company is its customer service. PPB’s annual Service Superhero program recognizes those who routinely go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.
This year, 12 individuals were selected from more than 60 people nominated by their industry peers, customers, vendors and co-workers. Nominators not only provided details about the nominees’ experience and abilities but shared specific examples and stories about their superior service.
“Service has never been more important to the customer or more difficult to deliver than it is in this post-pandemic age where almost every company is trying to manage through conditions beyond their control,” says PPB Editor Tina Berres Filipski. “Still, this year’s nominations were filled with so many extraordinary examples of service that happen on a regular basis in companies across the promotional products industry. We’re so pleased to spotlight the efforts of these outstanding individuals who, despite the odds, pull out all the stops to make it happen for their customers.”
Since PPB’s Service Superheroes program began in 2011, it has recognized 113 individuals for their outstanding customer service skills.
