It might be an election year, but PPAI leadership is on the road, pounding the pavement, for an entirely different reason.

In a continuation of what the Regional Relations Committee has deemed the “Great PPAI Roadshow,” PPAI is traveling to Centennial, Colorado, to discuss changes recently announced to PPAI’s membership structure with the Rocky Mountain Region Promotional Products Association (RMRPPA).

The event, which will include a round of mini golf, will take place on March 27 at Monster Golf.

Last year, the RMRPPA, like the majority of regional associations, joined PPAI as a business service member. This dynamic also strengthens the ties between the two associations and allows for collaboration and purposeful messaging.

With that in mind, PPAI will continue its touring townhall sessions on the topic, using regional associations as a conduit for which to connect with individual members in an effort to ensure that the promotional products community has clarity on the purposes and motivations behind the changes.

RMRPPA will hold the PPAI Membership Townhall on March 27 at 4 pm.

Dale Denham, MAS+, president and CEO of PPAI, is speaking at the event to explain in detail the Association’s membership changes.

PPAI’s recent membership restructuring is built around members’ ability to choose what best suits their company.

The RMRPPA Town Hall will allow regional members to receive further clarification on any questions and to better understand the motivations behind these changes.

“Our focus is on simplicity and the alignment of benefits and value,” says Denham.

The membership restructuring may impact different promo companies in different ways. The townhall forums allow PPAI’s leadership to interface with members in-person to address any potential confusion during the initial stages of the new process.
