Competitive Edge (PPAI 103776, Silver) is a woman-owned, full-service promotional products and premium agency specializing in brand building. It was founded by Mary Jo Tomasini, MAS+, in 1993 in Stevensville, Michigan. Earlier this year, Competitive Edge acquired fellow Michigan distributor Creative Specialties, which created its third Michigan office and added an office in Charleston, South Carolina.

Last year, the company was named one of the Greatest Companies To Work For by PPAI Media and in 2022, it gained the expertise of 20-year-industry veteran Dawn Janis who joined the company as market vice president.
