Image Source (PPAI 195193, Gold) – the No. 47 distributor in the PPAI 100 – has announced that Nancy Waters has been promoted to vice president of operations.
The first employee of the Kirkland, Washington-based firm, Waters has held many different roles during her 25-year tenure at Image Source, most recently serving as director of operations.
“Nancy not only runs operations, but leads a multi-million-dollar sales team, manages Image Source’s supply chain and is a change agent for our sustainability focus and technology innovation,” says Tom Goos, MAS, president of Image Source and who has twice served on the PPAI Board of Directors.

Waters’ Impact
Waters has played a key role in helping Image Source grow from a $1 million startup to a promotional products agency that generates more than $30 million in annual revenue.

In April, Image Source suffered a terrible loss as its founder and CEO, Brian Haner, passed away following an accident that was the result of an unexpected medical emergency. Haner was a 30-year veteran of the promo industry, respected by his peers and co-workers for his dedication and leadership.
