Only a few weeks into 2025, 4imprint (PPAI 107200, Platinum) has released some noteworthy financial news for the promo world, announcing an anticipated $1.37 billion in revenue for 2024.

The Preliminary Update

In 2022, 4imprint and HALO became the first distributors of promo to top a billion dollars in revenue, with 4imprint edging out HALO’s revenue in both 2022 and 2023. Last year, 4imprint reported a revenue of $1.33 billion.

  • This unaudited trade report is not 4imprint’s final financial results report. The company stated that final 2024 results will be announced March 12.

In a statement, the Wisconsin-based company said its board “remains confident in 4imprint Group’s strategy, positioning and prospects.”

Growth from 2023 to 2024 would be less than the amount the company grew in 2023 over the previous year, based on the anticipated revenue. The projected $1.37 billion would amount to an increase of $41 million over 2023. This equates to a 3% uptick from one calendar year to the next.

  • The trade report states that unaudited profit before tax in 2024 is expected to be no less than $153m compared $141 million in 2023.
  • PPAI Media will update readers in March, when 4imprint (and other considerably large firms) releases final results detailing financials.

Last October, 4imprint announced the completion of a 170,000-square-foot expansion of its Oshkosh, Wisconsin distribution center.
