Image Source has announced two key changes to the company’s leadership roles. The Kirkland, Washington-based firm is PPAI 100’s No. 47 distributor.

  • Jeff Holt has been elevated to the newly created role of chief growth officer.
  • Meanwhile, Image Source has hired Pete Toskey to be the company’s vice president of sales, which Holt had previously held.

“As Image Source looks to 2025, our key priority remains delivering success to our customers and our team,” says Tom Goos, MAS, Image Source’s CEO and president. “The addition of Toskey to lead our sales team and Holt’s new role marks an exciting chapter in the company’s history, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and innovation in the promotional products industry.”

‘A Sort of Homecoming’

Toskey most recently comes to Image Source from BAMKO, which is PPAI 100’s No. 6 distributor, where he was senior director of sales. He also spent time at Pinnacle Promotions, PPAI 100’s No. 67 distributor, as the firm’s VP of sales and development.

  • Having spent a whole career in promo already, Toskey actually worked with Goos and Brian Haner, the late founder of Image Source, before the firm was created.

“I’ve always had a lot of respect and admiration for Pete,” Goos says. “We’ve been friends for 27 years, and friendly competitors for many of those years.”

Holt, on the other hand, was one of Image Source’s early hires, having joined in 2002. As chief growth officer, his focus will be on strategic growth and generating incremental revenue. He says that he looks forward to seeing Toskey fill his previous role and working together with him.

“We are thrilled to welcome Pete into the Image Source circle, bringing with him years of industry knowledge and leadership experience,” says Holt. “Pete is going to bring new ideas and push us to be better. It’s a sort of homecoming. We look forward to the invaluable energy and expertise he will impart to our sales teams.”
