About the Position
The Distributor Membership Manager will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of the strategies for distributor recruitment, engagement, and retention. This person will manage the day-to-day activities for the distributor membership team and collaborate with the marketing department on developing campaigns and resources to support the department’s goals and activities.
This is an ideal position for a professional who is excited about improving the experience of PPAI’s members. From the onboarding of a new members to advocating PPAI’s member benefits and services so that member value is top of mind at renewal.

About the Position
PPAI’s Show Manager is a key contributor to the strategic planning for the PPAI trade show(s) and will work with leadership to ensure that the association’s mission, vision, and overall strategic objectives are represented and supported at the show(s).
As the key contact for discussing all elements related to the show(s), the show manager will have general knowledge of all show areas and specific knowledge of details related to the operational aspects.
Through department leadership and cross-departmental collaboration, the show manager will oversee the planning, operations, and successful execution of the show(s). Delivering a dynamic and best-in-class event that brings together the promotional products industry for a valuable and engaging experience while cultivating an atmosphere internally of collaboration, integrity, trust, and respect.

About the Position
The Membership Account Manager is responsible for recruiting and retention for PPAI membership. Recruiting efforts include prospecting via inbound/outbound calls, website chats, tradeshows, and referrals to promote the benefits of the association. Retention efforts include member engagement touchpoints via email, inbound, video conference, and chat. Duties include the collection of membership dues, processing new member applications, and ensuring members are reporting annual sales volume.
The position requires a salesperson with a proven track record of developing a territory, closing sales, and territory management. The job requirements will include 25% travel to tradeshows and client sites, as needed.
