Can I chat with my clients during the event?
Yes! The platform has a chat feature that will allow you to chat one-on-one with your invited clients when they are logged in.
How do I invite my clients and how will I know which have accepted?
You may invite as many clients as you'd like by clicking here and logging into your PPAI Member account. Once you click Submit Registration an invitation will be sent on your behalf showing your name, company name, and the company logo you have uploaded at my.ppai.org. When your client responds, you will receive another email letting you know if they will be in attendance. You can go back and add more clients at any time by clicking Add Another Invite. Emails will only be sent to the new additions when you click Submit Registration again.
What if I can’t log in?
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by selecting that option. If you forgot your email, please contact the Membership Department at 888-I-AM-PPAI (426-7724).
What is the education lineup? Is that also client friendly?
The education is not just client friendly; it is client focused. Topics will include key trends like unboxing, sustainability, give back, retail brands, employee gifts, technology, customization, personalization, and more, while weaving products and stories throughout.
How do I know which products my clients liked and what information will be on the reports the suppliers receive?
After the event, distributor hosts will receive a report showing all of the products that each invited client viewed along with the products they added to their “favorites list”. The report will also include a unique identifier for each client. This will correspond to the blind report received by participating suppliers, which will also include all of their product views and favorites along with the distributor host’s information and the unique identifier for the corresponding buyer.
Will I see a sneak peek of the platform so that I know what my clients will see?

Is there a cost for distributors to attend and invite clients to this event?
There is no cost for distributors or their hosted clients to attend.
Will suppliers be on the platform during the event?
No. The event is for Distributors and their invited clients only. Suppliers will submit their products to buyer-relevant pavilions that can be explored during the event.
What information is available in the product pavilion?
The pavilion shows the product name, images, and description. It does not show supplier names, pricing, or fees.
