BAMKO (PPAI 242148, Platinum), the No. 6 distributor in the 2024 PPAI 100, has announced that Michael O’Neal has joined the Los Angeles-based firm as vice president of enterprise accounts.
In this newly created role, O’Neal will lead the company’s strategic expansion into the commercial print vertical, marking a significant milestone in BAMKO’s growth trajectory.

- In May, BAMKO’s parent firm Superior Group of Companies (SGC) reported that net sales increased to $138.8 million for the first quarter ended March 31, up 6.2% from Q1 2023.
- SGC also raised its full-year 2024 sales outlook to a range of $563 million to $570 million from the prior range of $558 million to $568 million.
O’Neal’s Background
O’Neal brings more than 13 years’ worth of experience in the promotional products industry, having held senior leadership roles at HALO – the No. 2 distributor in the PPAI 100 – and InnerWorkings, which was acquired by HH Global – the No. 14 distributor in the PPAI 100 – in 2020.
- In his new role, O’Neal will be responsible for managing enterprise accounts, with a particular focus on developing and scaling BAMKO’s commercial print capabilities.
Throughout his career, O’Neal has achieved consistent sales growth, been an asset in optimizing sales processes and enhancing productivity and has earned his spot in the industry as a commercial printing subject matter expert, BAMKO says.
