Toronto-based commonsku (PPAI 552077), a cloud-based CRM, order management and social collaboration platform tailored to the promotional products industry, has announced that overall distributor network growth rose from $1.4 billion in 2022 to more than $1.8 billion in annual revenue for 2023.

  • Additionally, the number of distributors that use the platform has grown from 715 in 2022 to more than 800 this year, according to commonsku’s year-end review.

 

  • Plus, the company reported a 75% increase in e-commerce shop adoption (an all-time high), and a 23% increase in the total number of sales projects created on the commonsku platform.

“This year-end review helps us reflect on the many partnerships with distributors, suppliers and service partners that continue to make the commonsku experience dynamic and highly impactful to each of their businesses,” says Mark Graham, president and chief brand officer at commonsku.

Progress And Partnerships

The year-end review also showed that numerous workflow enhancements were created in 2023, including a new product mock-up tool, multi-size/color add option, tag management, client shipment notifications and a supplier spend report.

  • Shop upgrades included a new shops design studio, an integration with UnSplash and the first of what’s scheduled to be many new shops themes.

Among the new partnerships that commonsku made in 2023 were Delegate CX (PPAI 797662) – a Dallas-based provider of outsourcing services to the promo industry – and curated marketing consulting service provider Proven Marketing Strategists.
