Geiger (PPAI 105182, Platinum) has announced three key changes to its leadership team. PPAI 100’s No. 5 distributor says that the shifts have been made to support goals of strategic growth. All of the moves are internal promotions within Geiger.
- Chris McKee has been promoted to executive vice president and chief revenue officer.
McKee was already serving as the chief revenue officer for Geiger for more than three years. In adding the executive vice president role, the company says he will know oversee generation strategies and focus on maintaining alignment between sales, marketing and client success teams.
- Vicky Kinasz has been named president of Geiger International.
Kinasz was previously vice president of Geiger International. Her leadership in the global operations business has given the company faith in her ability to oversee Geiger International, focusing on expanding the distributor’s presence in international markets.
- Elizabeth Fagan has been promoted to chief strategy officer.
Fagan has focused on Geiger’s Crestline division, and she will maintain her role as VP of Crestline, while also overseeing Geiger’s overall strategic initiatives. Her focus in this role will be on the long-term and sustainable growth of the company.
“These leadership changes reflect Geiger’s commitment to global growth,” says David Geiger, who was named incoming president last month. “Elizabeth, Chris and Vicky have each demonstrated remarkable leadership, strategic vision and dedication to our mission. I am confident their expertise will drive Geiger to new heights as we continue to innovate and serve our clients worldwide.”
