In recent months there has been a renewed dedication among promotional products professionals to further their professional development during the COVID-19 pandemic. In March, April and May, PPAI received a record 28,237 registrations for its online educational content.
The Association has 459 sessions available on its education platform—including virtual sessions, podcasts, webinars and event recordings—and it continues to add more. Over the past few months, PPAI has hosted 19 live webinars and one live virtual session, and it has added six on-demand podcasts and one young professional video social session.
In March and April, PPAI’s webinars focused on the current climate and the evolving CARES Act, the Paycheck Protection Program, PPE best practices, reopening tips, innovation and PPE and Prop 65 considerations. In the upcoming months, PPAI webinars and virtual sessions will focus on getting back to business, lean business best practices and more.
With many industry companies encouraging staff to take advantage of the available downtime and dedicating it to their professional development, PPAI will be rolling out new social media digital frames for those who have completed their industry certifications, and enabling participants to print out their certificates at home.
