Concepts & Associates (PPAI 134402, Gold), a distributor based in Birmingham, Alabama, helped transform the onboarding process for McGriff Insurance with carefully curated and personalized welcome boxes. Over a one-year period, 334 welcome boxes were produced, each featuring a branded journal, phone stand, water bottle, mints and playing cards.
The items featured the company colors and logo, and the slogan, “Welcome to the Team!” was emblazoned on the inside and outside of the box. As interns and new hires came onboard at various locations nationwide, the welcome boxes were shipped out to their respective destinations.
By creating a warm, positive introduction to the company, Concepts & Associates helped McGriff create a strong initial connection between these individuals and the organization. All 26 interns who received the boxes seamlessly transitioned to full-time roles, showcasing the program’s effectiveness.
