The Polsinelli law firm engaged INM Marketing Group (PPAI 192308, Silver), based in Addison, Texas, to roll out a brand refresh in its 23 offices across the country. The client wanted to promote its new logo and tagline through apparel worn by employees.
The INM team recognized the significance of providing employees with a choice of apparel gifts via company store. They created a QR code linked to the shop URL that was printed on canisters from Sofia’s Cookies (PPAI 481271, Standard-Base) and distributed at ice cream and cookie socials in each office. Employees could then select apparel of their choice and size.
The campaign drew overwhelmingly positive feedback from both the client and their employees, with an impressive 77% redemption rate that resulted in a significant increase in brand visibility and employee engagement.
