The Promotional Product Professionals of Canada’s (PPPC) four-city TOPS+ 2019 tour has brought the promotional products industry to cities across Canada in recent weeks, beginning its journey in Montréal, Quebec, on January 30 before moving to Toronto, Ontario, on February 7 and Vancouver, British Columbia on February 13. It wraps up in Calgary, Alberta, on February 21.

Paul Bellantone, CAE, PPAI® president and CEO, and Anne Stone, PPAI director of public affairs, joined the Toronto show to speak on strategic foresight for the industry. Their presentation catered both to the needs of small businesses looking to grow beyond their current set of customers and to larger organizations faced with ever-increasing demands for growth. The session also introduced PPAI’s Strategic Foresight Playbook and discussed its real-world applications in an uncertain world.

Attendance has been strong at each stop—up 30 percent over 2018 in Montréal—drawing 927 attendees to meet with 83 exhibitors in Toronto, and 408 attendees to meet with 49 exhibitors in Vancouver.
