In conjunction with Customer Service Week—an international celebration of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers and typically held during the first full week of October—supplier Prime Resources Corp. (UPIC: PRIME) celebrated its customer care teams in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and at its Jetline (UPIC: jetline) facility in Gaffney, South Carolina, with daily events including team-building activities, games, giveaways and food.
Margaret Lanese, Prime’s senior manager of customer service, opened the festivities by reading aloud the customer service pledge and acknowledging their quest to provide the ultimate customer experience.
