Proforma (PPAI 196835, Platinum), PPAI 100’s No. 3 distributor, has announced the promotion of five support center team members.

  • The Tampa, Florida-based company has over 500 distributor owners and nearly 200 support center team members that collaborate to provide business solutions to companies and organizations around the world.


“These leaders have nearly 35 years of combined experience at Proforma, and over 60 years of shared tenure in the print and promotional products industry,” says Kathy Mayo, director of human resources at Proforma. “Their collective perspective and expertise will help usher in a new era of innovation and growth for Proforma.”

Proforma’s New Leaders

Michelle Dalton, MAS, has been promoted to senior vice president of owner and supplier success. She’s been with Proforma for nearly six years, most recently working as vice president of strategic partner development.


Evan Gall has been promoted to vice president of e-commerce. An industry veteran with nearly two decades of experience, Gall previously served as vice president of sales and operations for Proforma after working for Digital Products International, Pop Tops, Driving Impressions and ParsonsKellogg.

After working with Proforma for over 10 years in various roles, Derek Boyer has been promoted to vice president of sales and industry recruiting.

  • Prior to his promotion, Boyer most recently worked as a business development manager.

Previously serving as a success coach for Proforma, Sandy Acosta has been promoted to success coach manager.

With two years of experience in the promotional products industry, Proforma has promoted Stephen Gainsburg to success coach.

  • He previously worked as an onboarding specialist with the firm.


In their new positions, Dalton, Boyer, Acosta and Gainsburg will collaborate to roll out new programs and elevate coaching initiatives to further sales growth opportunities. Gall will manage the service and support mechanisms of Proforma’s e-commerce platform ProStores.
