Quebec-based distributor ASD (PPAI 612460, Standard-Base) and PromoGroup, a buying group with a network of 65 distributor members across Quebec, have announced a strategic merger.

Going forward, the two entities will operate under the shared ownership of their current leadership while maintaining their autonomy and distinct identities in the market.
