American Solutions for Business (PPAI 101656, Platinum) – PPAI 100’s No. 10 distributor – has appointed Maxx Rochette as vice president of the newly established Canadian Solutions for Business (CSB).

• Rochette will oversee strategic initiatives and foster a collaborative environment as CSB evolves within the Canadian market. He brings 12 years of experience in the promotional products industry, beginning his career in sales and working his way up to senior leadership within his previous distributor.
• He will work closely with Larry Zavadil, ASB’s founder and CEO, as well as Dana Zezzo, VP of vendor relations, marketing & events, to develop the company’s strategic vision.

Proforma (PPAI 196835, Platinum) – PPAI 100’s No. 3 distributor – is celebrating its Marketing Team’s latest win – two American Inhouse Design Awards presented by Graphic Design USA.

• The team received recognition for its “Build the Perfect New Hire Kit” direct mail campaign and its “Setting Trends” digital campaign, both tailored to meet the diverse needs of the Proforma distributor owner network.
• This year’s 61st competition drew more than 5,000 entries, but fewer than 10% of all applicants earned the coveted recognition. This is the 13th consecutive year Proforma has won the award.
• Since Charity Gibson assumed the role of chief marketing officer at Proforma in August 2023, the Marketing Team has undergone a significant transformation, expanded its product offerings and refined its strategic approach.

Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Selco (PPAI 113845, Silver) has added Margo West to its team as a customer service representative.

• West brings an extensive background in customer service and logistics with roles involving imports and logistics, order entry, account management, customs brokerage and customer care.
• In her new position, West is responsible for handling incoming queries and managing new orders. She also works collaboratively with the order entry team to ensure accuracy and timely updates, while also coordinating with receiving, production and shipping teams to meet customer expectations.
