Delegate CX (PPAI 79762) has named Rory Young its chief revenue officer, having promoted him from his role as senior vice president. Young has been with the business service provider since 2021, originally coming aboard as vice president of business development.
- Young has become a veteran of the promotional products industry, having worked at Pop! Promos for six years before his three and a half years at Delegate CX.
- Earlier this year, Delegate CX was named one of PPAI’s Coolest Solutions.
DCX has become a go-to partner for promotional products firms looking to add offshore help without the headache. Some 400 distributors and suppliers have used the company, which has hired more than 1,250 associates from the Philippines and handled all the HR and accounting details in the process
In his new role, Young will be overseeing sales, marketing and client experience efforts. As the company continues to look for ways to improve its service and support the promo industry, Young will focus on leading and growing his teams while managing strategic efforts.
