The industry’s leading name in awards has evolved to better represent its full realm of premium products and world-renowned brands. After 25 years as St Regis Group, the company has rebranded to SRG (PPAI 230188, Platinum), a name that solidifies its expansion beyond awards and into premium giftware and lifestyle products including drinkware, pens, journals, housewares, bags, tech and much more.
The rebrand, which was launched on January 1, 2025, after much planning, recognizes the company’s strides to offer promotional solutions that do more than reward – that motivate, inspire and celebrate.
Since its founding in 1999, the company has continuously grown and enriched its portfolio through 18 acquisitions, most notably Etching Industries in 2006, RS Owens in 2012 and ESP in 2016, which expanded the company’s U.S. operations from its home base in Indianapolis to a new state-of-the-art facility in Chicago.
While the new name gives SRG more latitude for growth in these highly competitive product categories, just as importantly it represents SRG’s steadfast commitment to becoming a service-oriented company.
“We have invested heavily in our customer service team as well as order processing and art department to not just meet but exceed customer expectations,” says Mark Waisbrod, CEO at SRG. “With quick 24-hour proofing and rapid response to distributor inquiries, we hope these investments will see SRG continue to grow into one of the premier suppliers in the industry.”
Another commitment this year is SRG’s mandate to grow sales in the competitive hard goods categories and in its premium brand collection. The company represents more than 40 retail brands, some exclusive to SRG, including Hugo Boss, Otterbox, S’well, Riedel, Shinola and many more. Plus, coming soon, look for Swarovski, Logitech and other quality brands to join the lineup.
Over the years, SRG has also made major investments in its compliance and sustainability initiatives to fulfill the needs of distributors whose clients prioritize sustainability. From measuring products’ carbon footprint to achieving a bronze EcoVadis certification in 2023, SRG’s dedicated compliance team works to ensure the company remains a socially and environmentally conscience corporation.
Much more than a new logo, Waisbrod says SRG’s rebrand is expected to change the company’s trajectory as the go-to supplier not just for awards but also for corporate giftware.
“We want to be recognized for more than just our awards,” he says. “The new SRG is a ‘best-in-class,’ forward-thinking, modern supplier that invests heavily in new technologies and quality personnel to foster better relationships with our distributor partners. Our excellent web development team is working on a variety of new digital tools to empower our customers to quickly and easily create presentations and sales aids that will help them increase sales.”
“We are also fully utilizing various E-PO services to streamline our order processes and enhance our response times,” he adds. “We hope these efforts will positively influence our reputation in the industry as a service-oriented, innovative company that prioritizes quality products and strong relationships above all else.”
