Staples, Inc. has acquired HiTouch Business Services, one of the largest independent office products dealers in the U.S. Staples, Inc. participates in the promotional products industry as distributor Staples Promotional Products (PPAI 108945). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

HiTouch will now be part of the Staples Business Advantage delivery organization. Its marketplace website will continue to serve as an independent platform run by the HiTouch management team, and it will help Staples’ growth in alternative distribution channels.
