The PPAI Expo Party will be held at a new venue in 2025: Swingers Las Vegas.
It’s a cutting-edge, indoor, mini-golf haven inside Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino that opened on November 8 and is packed with great food, great beverages and even better vibes.
- The event will be held January 15 at 6:30 p.m.
- Tickets cost $50 through December 5 and will include drinks and hors d’oeuvres.
“It’s mini golf with an adult twist – the décor makes you feel like you’re transported to an old English garden,” says Ashley Van Der Stuyf, PPAI’s show manager. “There will be fun for everyone, with music, mini-golf and some exciting carnival games.”

Along with returning favorites, such as “The Pitch” and The PPAI Expo Opening Reception, The PPAI Expo 2025 will feature several new attractions, events and experiences.

The Emerging Leaders Meetup will be held at Promo & Pints – a beer garden on the trade show floor – and bring together the 2024 PPAI Rising Stars, along with other young industry leaders. It’s a great networking opportunity to connect and build relationships with like-minded trailblazers on the same journey.
- The event will be held January 15 between 4-5 p.m.
- Cash bar available.
- Preregistration is strongly encouraged.
Plus, there will be a special pre-show event – Meet Your Regional: Coffee & Collaboration – on January 15 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Level 2, Wedge. Held over coffee, participants are encouraged to learn about their regional association and how they can help support businesses on a local level.

PPAI member distributors may have their registration fees waived based on their membership tier. It’s $50 per person for additional registrants.
Qualified nonmember distributors may access the exhibits and conference for $250 per person if they register by December 5 and $350 per person after that date. Members of industry regional associations but not PPAI can receive a code from their executive director for a discounted rate.
Suppliers and business services providers who are members but not exhibiting will be charged $750 per person for access to the exhibit hall but may attend The PPAI Expo Conference for no additional cost. Nonmember, nonexhibiting suppliers are not permitted to attend The PPAI Expo.
