Barbiecore is back in a big way this summer (not that it ever left). The fuschia color trend was big news last year, and the all-things-pink aesthetic continues to sizzle in anticipation of the big movie premiere this week.
The iconic doll has always been flush with accessories, so it makes perfect sense for brands to partner with Mattel and cash in on the merchandising phenomenon. And while it would take all day to recount all the Barbie-themed collabs out there, here are a dozen of the most interesting:
1. Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Viewing Parties & Movie Merch
The Texas-based dinner-and-a-movie chain is “bringing a little of that Barbieland magic to the real world for a Barbie fan’s dream show” via themed parties with props and a special pink cocktail, as well as an exclusive, limited-edition merch collection that includes T-shirts, stationery sets, enamel pins, heart-shaped sunglasses and more.
2. Billie Eilish Makes Music And Merch With Barbie
In addition to contributing a ballad titled “What Was I Made For?” to the Barbie soundtrack, Billie Eilish also released Barbie-themed merch on her web store – which is also currently rebranded in the doll’s signature pink. The capsule collection, designed by Eilish, includes velour track separates in Barbie pink or black, as well as accessories (a black tee, baseball caps, metal die-cut necklaces) and stickers, all of which bear the singer’s name “Billie” in the classic Barbie font.
3. Gap x Barbie Apparel Collection
Mattel and Gap teamed up earlier this year for an apparel collaboration based on the toy maker’s brands, including Barbie and Hot Wheels. The first collection, released in May, is a Gap x Barbie assortment of about two dozen tees, logo hoodies, denim and accessories for men, women and children – even pets. Some pieces in the popular collection are already sold out, such as the arch logo tee and hoodie, and others are close to sold out.

4. Swoon x Barbie Swag
Zero-sugar beverage brand Swoon released a special edition Barbie Pink Lemonade flavor. Insiders ordering on the Swoon site can receive a limited-time swag pack for free with their order of a 12-pack, which includes an exclusive Barbie x Swoon tote, lip balm and a Barbie x Swoon sticker sheet. Fans can add a Funboy x Swoon floating lemonade stand to stock with their chilled cans of the Barbie-themed drink for a three-way collab.
5. Funboy x Barbie Pool Float Collection
Barbie inspired an entire poolside collection from summer specialist Funboy, just in time for the blockbuster movie’s release. The multi-item collab with toymaker Mattel features five different limited-edition Barbie-themed pool floats, plus matching pink captain’s hats, beach towels and more. Many of these items are already sold out or almost sold out.
6. Paint The Town Pink With Backdrop, OPI
Pink paint has been in high demand thanks to Barbiemania. In fact, sets for the movie itself required so much pink paint that it wiped out one supplier’s entire stock. Even before HGTV revealed it would bring the Barbie Dreamhouse to life in a new competition among the network’s stars, Backdrop began selling Barbie Dreamhouse pink, blue and purple house paint (the company also collaborates with Porsche), and interior designers have been embracing various shades of pink this year.
Nail polish supplier OPI, famous for its elaborate color names, has also jumped on the Barbie bandwagon, with a Barbie color collection featuring half a dozen shades of pink, plus bright yellow, bright blue and glitter.
7. Canada Pooch Goes Pink
Mattel is a merchandising master, and the company knows that we’re all mad for our pets. The toymaker teamed up with Canadian dog outfitter Canada Pooch for a pinktastic pooch collection featuring hoodies, bandannas, plush toys, leashes and more.
8. PacSun, Forever 21 Channel Barbie Summer Style
Nostalgia is a strong part of Barbie’s appeal, and PacSun is leaning into the Y2K vibes with its Barbie collection, heavy on crop tops, street style and Malibu-themed swimwear.
The Forever 21 x Barbie collection also offers athleisure staples, plus pieces for little girls and pets, as well as Barbie dolls and even Barbie-branded jelly sandals.
9. Real-life Barbie Rollerblades From Impala
Dreaming of rollerblading down the sidewalks in full neon glory? Australian roller skate company Impala offers Barbie-branded rollerblades in eye-popping “Barbie bright yellow” with pink wheels and trim, as well as matching knee and elbow pad sets and branded socks. They’ve already sold out once and restocked the popular skates.
10. Drink Pink With Dragon Glassware
California’s own Dragon Glassware – Malibu Barbie would be so proud! – has teamed up with Mattel for three collections of Barbie-themed drinkware in hot pink and gold, including long-stem wine and martini glasses, coasters champagne flutes and more, as well as a smoky gray set of Ken whiskey glasses and a pair of “Welcome to the Barbie Dreamhouse” glass coffee mugs.
