Since breaking into the industry more than three decades ago with signature Post-It notes, branded 3M Promotional Markets (PPAI 113638, Platinum) products have become a staple in offices across the globe. But the Minnesota-based firm didn’t stop there, expanding to dispensers, hooks and other writing tools.
As its offerings expand, sustainability remains top of mind. In 2023, 3M achieved 56.2% renewable electricity, reduced its use of virgin fossil-based plastic and increased water efficiency. The Post-It brand also launched a 100% Recycled Paper Super Sticky Notes product, made in a zero-waste-to-landfill facility. The sticky notes are already earning top marks for eco-friendliness, picking up a GreenCircle certification and earning recognition in Good Housekeeping’s 2024 Sustainable Innovation Awards.
