5B’s Embroidery and Screen Print (PPAI 682101, Gold) was founded 44 years ago as a specialty sewing business operated from the Biles’ family basement. Today, it occupies a 225,000-square-foot facility in Zanesville, Ohio, operating 20 hours a day with more than 400 embroidery heads and seven screen print presses. It also offers digitizing, warehousing, special garment prepping, shipping and rush service.
Recently, it has begun stocking in-house inventory with 23 styles from Fruit of the Loom, Jerzees, Richardson Cap and Delta Apparel.
