The two respective G’s – Doug Gardner and Rich Gergar – are still with G&G Outfitters in the roles of president and vice president after founding the distributor as sophomores at the University of Maryland. The Delaware-headquartered company posted a higher revenue total in 2023 than the previous year and jumped 15 spots in the PPAI 100 over the inaugural year with a high mark in Industry Faith.
