The company positioned itself for further growth with its 2021 acquisition of KLF Group, a Canada-based, full-service rewards provider. With Incentive Concepts located in St. Louis, Missouri, the two operate as sister companies managing business in the U.S. and Canada respectively.
It earned employee happiness points in this year’s PPAI 100 for its spot on the PPAI Magazine Greatest Companies To Work For list in 2019.
