iPROMOTEu (PPAI 218870, Platinum) – a network of more than 1,100 independent distributor affiliates and salespeople across the U.S. and Canada – has welcomed a new leader after 25 years in business. Lori Bauer, recently appointed to the PPAI Board of Directors, succeeded founder Ross Silverstein as CEO in January. Bauer’s promotion comes on the heels of the Wayland, Massachusetts-based company forming a Diversity Council to foster a more inclusive workplace culture. In another sign of iPROMOTEu’s promising future, Emily Codner, director of affiliate services, was named a 2023 PPAI Rising Star.
