2023 marked a new era for the family-run Kaeser & Blair (PPAI 103148, Platinum). Founded all the way back in 1894 and acquired by Dutch Kaeser and Bill Blair in 1923, the Batavia, Ohio-based distributor named Mitch and Brad Kaeser its new co-owners as their father Kurt transitioned from CEO/president to chairman of the company. The distributor is in good hands with the 2022 PPAI Rising Stars, who take the helm as Kaeser & Blair jumps 12 spots in the PPAI 100 from the inaugural rankings.
