Illinois-based Overture Promotions (PPAI 288541, Platinum) earned its slogan, “creative control freaks,” and 2023 summed up a lot of what comes with that mentality. Its high mark in Responsibility came as a result of improving its EcoVadis rating from Bronze to Silver and planting 100,000 trees as part of its “plant a tree with every order” initiative. It also maintained its Innovation high mark while implementing some form of AI strategy across all departments.
