Following its acquisition of Sweda in 2022, SnugZ USA (PPAI 112982, Platinum) made a number of transformations, from upgrading its phone systems to adding hundreds of new items to inventory. The West Jordan, Utah-based firm invested further in its workforce and operations last year, holding celebrations, sponsoring well-being events, hosting vaccine clinics and offering training programs.

But the company didn’t limit its focus to internal improvements. SnugZ’s 2023 efforts included donating items to a local children’s hospital, giving books and pens to schools, and gifting hams and turkeys to those in need. The installation of an 8,000-gallon alcohol tank also eliminated roughly 750 metal drums from the local landfill each year, in addition to driving operational efficiencies.
